CHINDI RUG

CHINDI means "spare" in Hindi.A chindirug is a hand-made rug made of various pieces of fabric one by one.
Each one is handmade, so unlike the rug from the factory, it looks natural.
Due to the nature of the crafts, it becomes more stylish if the traces of the years of use are included.
Cotton is mainly used, but some threads such as jute and bamboo may be mixed.

The word 'Chindi' means leftover in hindi. The colourful Chindi rugs are woven by hand from leftover material - primarily cotton - but other fibers may occur due to the nature of leftover fabric. The handcrafted look of the rugs is what we love about them.

Use a neutral detergent and wash below 40 degrees.Handwashing without soap is the best way to use it.You can't use a dryer, so hang it in the shade and dry it.
