Things that are thrown away in the fashion industry are often forgotten.
A lot of goods are thrown away behind fancy pop-up stores or mass production.
Socktaz has begun the journey of revaluation, giving new value to the things we've been throwing away.

After more than 13 years in the sock industry, we've seen every factory full of threads.
Most of these threads are destined to be abandoned and we've decided to rethink them.

The project started with the idea of making unique socks using scraps of thread that were almost discarded.
It is convenient to randomly combine formal cotton yarns of various colors using a low-water double cylinder spherical knitting machine.
Each sock is made of high quality in a knitted fabric with unpredictable color combinations and good care.

This project goes beyond just environmental issues -- recycling -- and changes our perspective on things that are abandoned.
It's a small step to reduce waste. Consumers can buy high-quality products at a low price.
Some of the sales revenue is donated, symbolizing the importance of regurgitation and revaluation of what we've been throwing away.

I hope that "spare socks" will go beyond just socks and become a medium for in-depth thinking about our way of life and values.
I want to talk to you about how much value the little things I encounter in my daily life are.
Made from threads that were destined to be discarded, these socks can make a small contribution to environmental protection and a sustainable future.
